Theatr Bwcibo was established in 2002 by Heledd and Diana Bianchi

The company’s aim was to raise awareness of women who have made an important contribution to the history of Wales.

Our first production The One Road (2003), through elements of theatre and cabaret, looked at the political struggles of women in Wales over a span of 40 years. Our most recent productions include Catrin Glyndwr and Night Chronicles. We took all three productions throughout Wales and in 2005 we took Catrin Glyndwr outside of Wales to the Edinburgh and Arundel Fringe Festival.

This year we will be broadening our horizons by producing interpretive theatre and story telling,suitable for schools, museums and organisations We can also research and deliver projects which are of relevance to your community.

In the Autumn a new production called BI-LING BURLESQUE will be launched at Chapter Arts Centre in Cardiff on October 5th and 6th 2007 at 7.30PM and will be available for touring.
